Wrath of the Righteous загружает моды двумя способами. Собственный загрузчик Owlcat читает папки модов из Modifications в %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous, включает те, что названы в лежащем рядом OwlcatModificationManagerSettings.json, и показывает их в игре по команде «Открыть окно модификаций». Большинство модов, меняющих классы, правила или интерфейс, загружаются через Unity Mod Manager, который ставится в папку игры.
