《正义之怒》有两种加载模组的方式。Owlcat 自带的加载器读取 %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous 下 Modifications 文件夹中的模组，启用同目录 OwlcatModificationManagerSettings.json 中列出的模组，并可在游戏中通过按键绑定“打开修改窗口”查看。多数修改职业、规则或界面的模组通过安装在游戏目录中的 Unity Mod Manager 加载。
