Military Exercise

The riot of the Wary showed that even the staunch and loyal at first glance troops can be struck by moral decay and need supervision. Regular military exercises will keep soldiers and officers in good shape, provide them with useful experience and, most importantly, prevent them from thinking too much about harmful ideas.
