The Andorens were disheartened by the Commander's refusal to accept them into {mf|his|her} army. However, spite did not prevail over duty — when they turned around to head back, they left plenty of supplies, equipment, and weapons for the crusaders. After all, the war against the demons is more important than political squabbles.
