Restoration

Drezen was built long ago, and compared to modern fortifications, its construction is hopelessly obsolete. The officers wish to rebuild the fortress and are arguing over what should be done first: to reinforce the defenses or to expand the streets to make the quartermasters' job easier and expedite supply deliveries.
