The Commander's servants will make an accurate and undetectable theft from Mendevian treasury. Corrupt judges, counterfeit securities in the names of fictitious persons, queer bills and debentures written out to oneself will be used. This shield made of papers and deceit will protect thieves from the most attentive treasurer's gaze.
