Any character can break free from entangling effects by succeeding on an Athletics check. But if you are strong enough, there is no actual difference between being entangled and suffering from any other debilitating condition. Every round, you attempt an Athletics check to remove one negative condition affecting you. The DC of this check is equal to the effect's original save DC + 15.
