At 16th level, a Chelaxian diva learns to fill her performance with the mournful angst of a lost love, evoking the inexorable pull of the grave upon every living thing. All living creatures within 30 feet at the start of her turn each round gain 2 negative levels unless they succeed at a Fortitude saving throw (DC = 10 + 1/2 the diva's level + her Charisma modifier). This is a death effect and a sonic effect.
