Feats

The cold radiating from you freezes your opponents and hinders their movements. Benefit: Whenever you deal cold damage to a creature, you coat it with a layer of snow. Any fire damage the creature suffers causes the uppermost layer to melt. If a creature accumulates 3 layers of snow, the snow turns to ice, binding and slowing the creature for 3 rounds. This effect functions as a combination of the entangle and slow spells.
