Whenever Sithhud loses more than 60 hit points to a single attack that deals slashing or piercing damage, he immediately heals 5d10 hit points and spawns an immortal ichor for 1d4+2 rounds. Sithhud can only have one immortal ichor fighting on his side at a time.
