In areas where its presence is strongest, all healing done with positive energy is reduced by 50%. All healing done with negative energy on this island is increased by 50%. The DC of all Necromancy school spells is increased by 1. All undead and dhampirs gain a +1 bonus on attack and damage rolls, and their maximum number of hit points is increased by 2 per HD. In addition, every time such a creature deals damage, it restores its lost hit points equal to the amount of 20% of the damage dealt.
