Cannibalistic Undertow

This island is affected by a magical undertow flowing beneath it. This island is ravaged by cannibals and diseases. Every time a cannibal devours a corpse, they go into a rage similar to a barbarian's rage and gain DR 5/good. In addition, every time an infectious creature hits with a melee attack, the target must make a Fortitude save (the save DC is based on the island's challenge rating) or become infected with disease.
