Roaring gale: all ranged attacks made against targets more than 30 feet away suffer a –4 penalty on attack rolls. Lightning strikes: periodically, a random creature on the island is struck by a lightning that deals 10d8 electricity damage. A successful Reflex save reduces the damage by half. Whenever a creature on this island casts a spell with electricity descriptor, that spell's caster level is increased by 2.
