Your attacks are charged with cold energies that restrain the enemy's movements. Benefit: Whenever you damage an enemy with a sneak attack, that enemy also takes Strength and Dexterity damage equal to your number of shards. In addition, for the next round, any weapon damage you deal to that enemy is turned into cold damage.
