Feats

At 1st level, an inciter subjects any enemy entering his raging song area to insults and ridicule. The target must pass a Will save (DC 10 + 1/2 the inciter's level + his Charisma modifier) to negate the effect. If a creature's saving throw fails, the creature becomes angry and seeks to harm the inciter. While the inciter maintains his raging song ability, the target takes a –2 penalty on all attack rolls and skill checks until it makes a successful melee or ranged attack against the inciter or inflicts damage to him with a spell. The inciter cannot attempt to insult that creature again for 24 hours. This is a sonic mind-affecting emotion effect.
