Metamagic Mastery — Extend and Reach Spell

At 8th level, you can extend or alter the range of your next spell as though using the Extend Spell or Reach Spell feats accordingly. You can use this ability once per day at 8th level and one additional time per day for every two wizard levels you possess beyond 8th.
