As a standard action, the shaman can perform a melee touch attack that causes a creature to become sickened for a number of rounds equal to 1/2 her shaman level (minimum 1 round). This is a disease effect. A shaman can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + her Charisma modifier.
