Whenever an immortal ichor lands a hit on an enemy, that enemy must succeed at a Will saving throw or take 1d4 Wisdom damage. On a failed save, the immortal ichor also spawns a HD 16 juju zombie for 1 hour. An immortal ichor can only have one juju zombie summoned this way at a time.
