At 3rd level, a Chelaxian diva learns to create a feeling of deceptive confidence in an enemy. When she activates this performance, all enemies within 30 feet become flat-footed for as long as she maintains the performance. A successful Will save negates the effect (DC = 10 + 1/2 the diva's level + her Charisma modifier). Any target with the uncanny dodge class feature or an ability with a similar effect is immune to this performance. This is a mind-affecting emotion effect.
