This +5 sickle deals electricity damage instead of physical damage. Whenever its wielder casts call lightning or call lightning storm spell, it becomes empowered, as if using the Empower Spell feat. Empower Spell: All variable, numeric effects of an empowered spell are increased by half including bonuses to those rolls. Saving throws and opposed rolls are not affected, nor are spells without random variables.
