This jagged steel ring was made of an armor shard, picked up on a battlefield and crudely bent into the shape of a circle. Its wearer can at will choose any foe they see. The wearer gets a +2 bonus to their AC and saving throws against all attacks made by the chosen enemy, until the wearer chooses another one.
