Crumbly white bryndza used to be served at the table of just about every Sarkorian household, but hard cheeses were also prized highly. A single lump of cheese, covered in bluish-green mold, and bearing the brand of the Windstep clan (a mare galloping beneath the stars) was worth no less than a thousand coins. Now, however, a true cheese connoisseur will tell you that its price is measured in the tens of thousands.
