Each round enemies have to pass a Will saving throw (DC = 10 + mythic rank + Wisdom modifier) or be slowed for one round, as per slow spell. Allies instead are under a constant haste spell effect. They also gain a +4 insight bonus on attack rolls, saving throws, and skill checks.
