Baleful Polymorph

This creature is in dog form now. It can't attack, its Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores equal 1, and it lost any ability it had to cast spells or use spell-like abilities. Its movement speed is increased by 10 feet. As long as Baleful Polymorph remains in effect, the target cannot use other polymorph spells or effects to assume a new form. Baleful polymorph can be removed by the remove curse spell.
