Breath Weapon

Your breath weapon deals 8d8 points of cold damage in a 40-foot cone and allows a Reflex save for half damage. When you use it, the duration of your breath weapon ability is reduced by 1/2 caster level minutes, and you must wait 1d4 rounds between uses.
