Eyebite

Each round, you can target a single living creature, striking it with waves of power. The target must make a successful Fortitude saving throw, or suffer the spell's harmful effects. Depending on the target's HD, this attack has as many as three effects: If the target's HD is 10 or more, it is sickened for 10 minutes per caster level. If the target's HD is 5–9, it is frightened and sickened for 10 minutes per caster level. If the target's HD is 4 or less, it is paralyzed, frightened, and sickened The effects are cumulative and concurrent for 10 minutes per caster level. You must spend a swift action each round after the first to target a foe.
