Your movement speed is reduced by 10 feet. You also have two 2d6 slam attacks, the constricting vines ability, and the poison ability. You may choose to resume your normal form as a full-round action; doing so ends the spell for you. Constricting Vines: A shambling mound's vines coil around any creature it hits. The shambling mound gains the grabber ability with its slam attacks.
