Symbol of Weakness

This rune is activated by any creatures. Once triggered, a symbol of weakness remains active for 10 minutes per caster level and inflicts crippling weakness that deals 3d6 points of Strength damage to all creatures within 30 feet. A creature can only be affected by this symbol once per day.
