Owlcats eigener Loader liest Mod-Ordner aus Modifications unter %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous, aktiviert die, die OwlcatModificationManagerSettings.json daneben nennt, und listet sie im Spiel über die Tastenbelegung „Modifikationenfenster öffnen“. Die meisten Mods, die Klassen, Regeln oder die Oberfläche ändern, laden über den Unity Mod Manager, der in den Spielordner installiert wird.
