Wrath of the Righteous lädt Mods auf zwei Wegen. Owlcats eigener Loader liest Mod-Ordner aus Modifications unter %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath Of The Righteous, aktiviert die, die OwlcatModificationManagerSettings.json daneben nennt, und listet sie im Spiel über die Tastenbelegung „Modifikationenfenster öffnen“.
